OP SMIH: Sabo

    You reached in to the bag again, this time actually ready for the next round. All the ones you had been worried about were gone. The only one left who you didn't know was X Drake. You pulled out another pair of googles, these were blue. You held them up for a second before you heard a soft chuckle. " Finally my turn, i was beginning to think Ace sabotaged my item so he could have you all to himself" a blond boy said as he walked over to you. Your face lit up and you stepped forward to embrace him in a hug " Sabo!" you said brightly. He chuckled at your enthusiasm and hugged you back " _____, are you glad to see me?" he asked blushing slightly. You nodded " Yeah i am anxious to catch up on things I've missed out on. It's been a while since I've got to see you". He blushed a bit more as he stepped back to take a better look at you. You watched as his eyes scanned over you starting from the bottom, finally settling on your face. " It has been a while..." he said softly giving you a thoughtful smile. You were beginning to blush now as his dark eyes burned into you. He coughed a bit and shifted at the awkward silence, then smiled " Have you gotten taller?" he asked. You smirked knowing it wasn't a real question but answered anyways " Yeah i have, you have too" you replied returning his smile ten fold. Suddenly a paper wad flew between your faces forcing you to take more than a few steps back. You glanced over to find Ace staring innocently off in the other direction. Sabo huffed and shook his head, you giggled a bit. " Don't worry Sabo, Ace is just jealous" you told the blond loud enough for Ace to hear. Ace looked over at the mention of his name and saw you looking his direction. He instantly blushed and disappeared into the crowd, you giggled and shook your head. "What am i gonna do with him?" you murmured as you stared after him. Sabo smirked as he noticed the look in your eyes " I bet Ace could think of a few things to do" he muttered just low enough for the two of you to hear. You blushed bright red and shoved his shoulder " Oh shut it!". You then grabbed his hand and dragged him along towards " The closet". " We only have sixteen minutes, and i am not wasting them out here. I have like a billion years of gossip to fill you in on." you told him as you tugged him toward the door. " Oh joy, gossip" he muttered but you could tell he was a lot more excited about it than he was letting on.

    You skipped happily to the couch and plopped down, Sabo laughed as he followed behind you. You tilted your head " What?" He shook his head " Nothing, just laughing at you" he replied. You shrugged and patted the couch beside you " Just excited to see my friend is all". He walked over sitting next to you, then looked over at you from under the brim of his top hat. " I'm happy to see you too,____" he murmured. You blushed and almost looked away, there was just something in his voice that made you tremble. You were kids the last time you had saw each other. You lived n the same town as The three of them (Ace Luffy and Sabo), you only moved away when your parents forced you to. The four of you had been best friends, later you had reunited with Ace. Eventually with Luffy as well, but Not Sabo. You had gotten news later after you moved that Sabo was dead, you never believed it though. Now here sat your child hood friend, very much alive and very much grown up. " So about that billion years of gossip.." Sabo said drawing your attention back from your thoughts. You blinked a few times as your attention focused back on him " Gossip...yeah" you repeated. He nodded and smiled turning so he was a bit more comfortable. At that you started spilling gossip from years of not seeing each other. You told him of your family's death, and of how Doflamingo had tried to recruit you. Sabo gaped at you" I am so sorry to hear about your family, i wish i could have been there". " It's fine, i made it thru it, that is what matters and i didn't join Doffy" you muttered in a low voice.

    He put his hand on your shoulder and gave you a reassuring smile " So, what happened after that?" he asked. You smiled in return before continuing " I went from town to town before i ended up in the same town as Ace". He grinned at that " I bet you were happy to see him". You nodded " I was, He took me to meet Whitebeard and i lived with them all the way up until i met up with Luffy". Sabo sat back with a sigh and shook his head " So now your on Luffy's crew?" You nodded " Yup, and he is just as hungry and air headed as i remember". You both laughed at that, you leaned your head against his arm to keep from falling over. After a few minutes you sat back up and met his eyes. " So what have you been up to?" You asked. He gave you a sheepish smile " I joined the revolutionary army". Now it was your turn to gape at him. " Wow, really?" you asked. He smiled and nodded " Yeah". You giggled and fangirled a bit " That's awesome Sabo! what rank are you?" you asked. He shifted and looked to the side a bit " Chief of Staff" he muttered. Your mouth fell open even further " So, your like everyone's boss?" you asked. He shook his head " No, that is Dragon, I am the one directly under him". You shook your head as you struggled to process all of what he was saying. " So how the hell did you convince Dragon to let you come here today?" you asked. He blushed a bit and looked away " I didn't i just left". You stared in disbelief " You..just..left?" you repeated. He gave you a sheepish smile and nodded " Yeah, i wanted to see my brothers again" he replied. Then added " And you" at the end in a softer voice. You almost didn't hear him, you wouldn't have if you hadn't been sitting so close to him. You blushed a bit and smiled " Well I'm glad your here". He turned back to face you smile still in place " I am too".

    It was then that you realized just how close the two of your were sitting. If either of you moved any you'd be more or less sitting on him. His eyes were burning into you again. This time you didn't look away, you met them evenly. Eventually he looked away and you sighed before deciding to lean against his chest. He shifted a bit at feeling you lean on him, but didn't move away. After a minute of silence you spoke " Sabo" you murmured. " Mh?' he hummed in response. You reached out taking up one of his gloved hands in yours. Slowly you started pulling his glove off one finger at a time. You were in no rush to reply, so you started on the other hand pulling that glove off also. Having both gloves off you held one hand in yours as you traced your fingers around it. He turned his hand palm up so you could trace his palm. After a few minutes he closed his hand around yours and held it. " ____?" he asked curious as to what you had been about to say. You sighed and continued " They....said you....died" you muttered softly. You felt like if you talked any louder your voice would crack and he would think you were crying. You didn't want him to think you were crying, you were always the one who was strong. Well judging by the looks of him, he was definitely stronger than you now, probably both physically and emotionally. Silently Sabo turned beside you and tilted your face up to see his. You met his dark eyes and felt the love in them before he even said anything " But, you can see with your own eyes, I'm alive" he murmured as he cupped one of your cheeks gently. You smiled " I never believed them anyways". You then closed the distance between the two of you meeting his lips with a sweet and passionate kiss. His hands both threaded in your hair, yours circled around him to pull him closer. You kissed for several minutes before you were forced to part for air. You both panted for breath, you lay your head against his shoulder. One of his hands still laced in your hair holding your head against him. Your hands both rested against him. " I have missed you, ____" Sabo murmured against your hair. You nodded " And i have missed you Sabo" you murmured.

    You relaxed against his chest thinking that your time probably should have been up already but, you weren't going to complain. You sat there in the silence letting him run his hand across your back until Sanji knocked. You reluctantly climbed to your feet next to Sabo and exited the room. As you walked back to the middle of the circle with Sanji you gave him a suspicious look. He noticed and lifted an eyebrow at you " Whats that look for?" he asked. " You let mine and Sabo's turn go longer than sixteen minutes didn't you?" you accused. He stopped in the middle of the circled and held out the bag to you. " I don't know what your talking about" he muttered around a cigarette. You smiled at that and bounced forward giving him a hug " Thank you Sanji" you whispered and kissed his cheek. He blushed as you stepped away " Yeah yeah, now hurry up and draw so i can hopefully have my turn soon".
